This is a scam as Sky would never send you an email addressed to you as "Dear User" as they will know what your name is. If you look at the senders email address it will not have come from a Sky.com address and lastly Sky would never send you an email out of the blue like this asking you to click on a link to "resolve" something.
These emails have been around for years so mark it as spam and keep marking them as spam should you be sent anymore.
