Im not receiving an email from a certain company

I have spoke with them they said they have sent it but not getting nothing through 

 

tried spam

tried logging in direct to yahoo

Do you have any filters in your account that could somehow be blocking these emails ?

ok how do i check for that please ? 

i have added them also to my contacts with there email

You can check this via your online email account at Sky.com:

 

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters

You mean via sky.com? If you're receiving other emails OK, there's  unlikely to be a problem with Sky Yahoo Mail. I've not seen similar problems reported recently. Try your trash folder as well as spam. If you have no luck, it's most likely that either they didn't send it, or they sent it to the wrong email address, or it bounced for some reason.

I have answered that above for you as you need to login in here:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

 

And look for anything setup there and if so delete it.

You'll need to 'go to desktop site' in your browser options. Turn your device to landscape mode, and click on the three dots at the top right of the page.
