Hello I received email from no-reply@cc.yahoo-inc.com informing closing all old versions of our mailbox as of today is this genuine email

No, it is a scam email so mark it as spam so it gets deleted and do the same should you be sent anymore.

Sky/Yahoo will never ask you to click a link to update anything to do with your Sky email address.

@EllieCat It's a scam, you would never get any email from Sky telling you they are closing old versions of the email service as it's just not a thing

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
