Email Problem

Hi my account has been hacked. I have changed my password however all new emails seem to be going into my deleted folder. Hiw can I change this please??

It may be because whoever had access to your mail account has set up filters, one of which directs incoming mail to your Deleted folder. Check by logging in online here https://www.sky.com/signin/email and go to Settings, then More Settings, and Filters and remove anything that you don't recognise as being something you've set up.

Whist in setting also check Settings - More Settings - Mailboxes and select your Sky email and check your name there and remove any Reply-to address that may have been set up.

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

Then logout and change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
