How do I change the second user security question and add new one

Thanks for reply. Only problem , it gives me a choice of sending an email to the  address registered , which I can`t  remember or a security question (name of manager) which I don`t  remember selecting. Spent 30 mins speaking to a lady in India who did not understand my problem and she said she would ring me back in 5 days !!! They are also difficult to understand. Will try to alter Sky ID and start again.

The important bit is to make sure you log in as the second user, so make sure you have logged out of your main account first.

If I want to be logged in as multiple users at the same time, I do it in different browsers, as they will each have their own cookies.
