ive had sky for over 3 years and all the wifi keeps doing is going off and nothing will load. first they said it was my hub and sent a new one now it does it even more im pasying pver 70 pound a month for tv phone and broadband and getting nothing out of it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@kimber1run the full connection test in the My Sky app while your service is working as that can offer to book an engineer if it finds a fault. Forum members can probably help diagnose the issue if you post your hub's stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
