wifi not working for the past two days

Hi there, wifi not working for the past 2 days We have reset the router a few times, restarted all our appliances including phones. Forgot the wifi connection on phone and then reconnected, reintroducing password. Still not working. Getting the message on my phone constantly that the network has no internet access. We habe tested the wifi connection via the Sky app and it mentions good connectivity and no local issues with Sky. Please help
