router problem

our router is over 10 years old over the past 3 months we are having to power off the router several times a day to briefley get our wi fi back we have 2 extenders operating on different frequencies and still having these problems trying to speak to someone at sky to ask foranother router is impossible.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get the router replaced  please

It may not be a router fault. Can you please post your router stats

Typically Sky would replace an SR102 if the broadband service was recontracted onto a new minimum term: one would hope that the SR203 is now standard issue, as the ER110/115 doesn't support 'internet calls'.
