WiFi dropping several times a day

My Sky Superfast WiFi has been very inconsistent for more than a week. It drops for 2-3 minutes regularly; at least 5 times every day. The Sky app says it's okay but with poor speeds. App says it's 61mbps but on Speedtest (which is generally accurate) it's showing ~23mbps, and I'm inclined to trust it as Streaming has been slower. Please advise.

@miss_jjb If you test speeds on a devicecconnected by Wifi you often just measure the speed ofvthe wifi connection rather than the speed of the connection from Sky to the hub. 

If you post your Sky hubs stats forum members can probably advise on what is wrong. See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

WiFi dropped 5 times in the past 15 minutes, so a lot more frequent today.
