I have internet from you but I recently changed my address and I need it to be activated at the new address.

You'll need to contact Sky directly and book a Home Move.

 

Unfortunately there's typically a minimum ten working days lead time for Openreach availability (and potentially longer for a new FTTP installation) so this is really supposed to be done well in advance of the moving date.
