Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Emma2313 look at the LEDs on your Sky hub as they help tell you where the issue maybe. If the internet light isn't green the issue is with the feed to the hub. In thst case run the connection test in the My Sky over a mobile conne ction as that will tell you there is a known fault if it doesn't you need to report the fault to Sky.
If the internet light is green but the wifi light is out the problem is with the hub unless somebody has manually turned off the wifi. Try a reboot by pulling the power for a few seconds if still stuck call Sky.
Lastly if the wifi light is green consider if somebody has changed the password if thst is even just likely reset the hub by pressing and holding in the reset pin until the power led flashes which will return the hub to using thee values on its label.
