Very Slow Speed and Wifi dropping since one month

I am paying for high speed internet and I am getting sub speed of 80 mbps download and 25mbps upload

Click maintenance along the top

Sign in with

 

Username    admin

Password      sky or wifi password

 

Click show statistics at the bottom of the page

I'd note that 80Mbs in and 20Mbs out is the maximum speed of 'Superfast' broadband.
