Upgrade to sky fibre

Fibre has recently been introduced to my community , several of my neighbours have already upgraded but Sky say this is not available to me when I know it is

Availability of Openreach infrastructure doesn't necessarily mean every ISP is reselling service over it.

If your area has only recently been activated it may take Sky a number of weeks/months to update their systems
