How do I stop my Internet being changed over to bt when I've not been intouch with bt has I'm happy with sky broadband?

Give sky a call on 150 from your sky landline to see if they can shed any light on it

It might be that somebody has made a mistake so Bt has wrongly been tasked of changing your line so if you have received information about this from Sky then you need to call Sky as soon as you can about this.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
