Slow wifi

We pay for super fast Wi-Fi, but we are not getting a good signal. Why is this?

'Superfast' is a marketing term for broadband: that's not the same thing as WiFi.  All wireless signals go down to zero Mbs over enough distance or through a few walls.

 

If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.

 

Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.

I have today the same problem. Very slow connection.
