Slow broadband

Our broadband is consistently below the advertised minimum speed. Even at peak it is 51mb. We are seeing speeds down to 13mb. We're considering moving providers, but sky customer service has been great thus far.

We're really struggling with our broadband service in this house, it has not always been like this.

The sky customer services team has been helpful but the problem is persistent.

We will need an engineer to come have a look.
