my phone is also taking an age to show websites. What's happening, I changed thinking this was going to be a silver aervice

have you tried rebooting your router?

if not, you'll need to call Sky to report the issue.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

So this is a broadband problem rather than a Sky Q one?

@Zehra can you post your hub stats as those will help, forum members diagnose the issue see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

You can run a connection test in the My Sky app that will check the connection to the hub if it finds a fault it should offer a check by an engineer. Thectest can also check thecwifi in your home if younlet it.

Realistically at domestic broadband subscription rates (£1 to £2 per day) there's just no such thing.
