Sky Pole Installation

I have been awaiting delivery today for Sky fitting a pole within the front driveway (removed)

It has not been installed

@Blimblop123  Your post has been removed temporarily as you have posted personal info, namely your address, you should never post any personal details in a public forum.

 

I'm  also confused about the reference to a Sky Pole?   Sky don't deliver or install poles, I presume you are wating on Openreach to carry out some work for the installation of broadband?

 

Your post has also been moved to the broadband forum as it's not a Sky Glass issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As @GD1 indicates, ISPs like Sky never install poles or work on existing ones: some full fibre altnet ISPs do, but that's not relevant in this case.  Where an Openreach pole team is involved, a client ISP may have very little information about timescales.
