Service checker online doesn’t see an issue but my broadband keeps cutting out

I've had this issue a few times over the last few months where our internet just stops working (WIFI and Ethernet)  and we'll do a service check online and it finds no issues in the area! Is it the router ? Although it seems fine right now?
