Hi, is it possible for us to replace our sky sr102 hub? We have had it some years and a neighbour who understands these things better than us says Sky should have replaced this when we signed up for fibre broadband to better see the grandchildrens videos from abroad, thank you for any advice.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Freddy Sounds like you need to call Sky and ask them to replace the older router for you if you are within your minimum term contract with Sky still.

Find out more@Freddy If you give Sky a call and see if you are in your minimim term contract and if not you can sort out a new deal and get a new router from Sky. If you are still in that minimum term ask Sky to replace the older hub for something that is more up to date.
