Red los light is on my BT openreach box, no internet or phone

The red los light came on this morning. And everything went down.

Have you  tried  turning  off, then on the o n t box to see if that clears it, and have you run the service  checker on the my sky app ?

I ran all checks and it couldn't find it. It suddenly started working again and hour ago.

Glad it's working  now, the on, off button  is on the bottom  of the o n t box on the right  should  you  ever need it , push it  up to  turn it off, push it again  and  it will turn it  back on
