Not happy with the service

They say one thing they let me down I'm disabled the next bill will be £20 but it's not it's higher I feel let down

Your post is difficult to understand. How do you think Sky are letting you down? Have you looked at the breakdown of your bill to see where the higher amount is coming from?

Could your broadband discounted deal be coming to a close in which case you'll need to contact Sky to negotiate a new one which will be for another 18 months.

 

Could the extra charges be for non inclusive calls you've made on your landline phone?

With you having a disability it may be worth you registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help you now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
