I moved houses and tge sky engineer came but still no signal

@Abarton02 are you talking about Sky TV or broadband?

@Abarton02  Dis you book a home move?    When did you book this as it takes at least 10 working days for broadband service to be connected after placing the order.

 

Was the engineer there to installe your satellite box or broadband?

@Abarton02  You get a connection with broadband  not a signal.  Was the instaklatuon today?  If so it can take up to midnight for the service to go live.
