You aren’t taking to Sky Customer Services on here. This is a forum whereby customers help other customers.
I don't think Sky or Openreach can guarantee a time. No doubt an earlier job has taken longer than anticipated or they are working on your issue at the local green cabinet. Sky Customer Services won't receive any update until overnight tonight it they still don't show.
