No internet

Good morning, we have had an engineer to the property on Wednesday, as internet went down on Monday. No issues in the property. Next door 52 had internet engenner up the pole and that's when my issues have started. With the wind the cable that runs from the pole to my house is very low. I explained to sky that I have a loop recorder fitted in my chest and the box runs on broadband to send info to the hospital. They said someone would call me back but no one has. We have been told that Openreach will be to us by Tuesday but my concerns are A my loop recorder and the cable is very low
