Discussion topic: No Internet. All green lights on box

Internet cut out on Sky Q box just before 3am. All lights green on the box however the Sky Q box, cable to PS5 and other WiFi devices will not connect. Done the connection test on My Sky and everything coming back normal?

Is your Sky Q box set to eco mode? See this link to change it
