I have set up my Sky hub, and got the text from Sky today stating that Sky Broadband is now active. However, I only have the power and wifi lights on green, no internet. I have tried all of the suggested steps and they have not worked. I am reluctant to book an engineer, as I really need to fix this ASAP so I can work from home.

Internet is still not working?! No green lights for internet.
Please advise, if anyone knows what to do?
