After 14 days you should now be getting at least 40Mbps so i would guess your maximum should be higher again by quite a bit
The quickest way to get it sorted would be to call sky
Contact sky on 150 from your sky landline or
Follow the link and choose need more help

20 - 30Mbs arriving at the Hub and then using WiFi is always likely to cause an issue with Stream.
The point of the conversation with Sky is so that they can book Openreach to investigate why your connection is below the minimum 40Mbs
However, it's worth noting that it appears Openreach is increasingly unwilling to expend much in the way of resources to chase down issues with copper-based services.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI have read the forum properly thank you very much.
The Sky advisor invited you to chat on Sunday & then yesterday you posted back on the public thread saying it was unacceptable because you can't watch Sky stream properly. So what was the result of your private conversation with Sky? What did they say was the problem? How do you expect people to help if you just rant and don't give any actual useful information.
