After 14 days you should now be getting at least 40Mbps so i would guess your maximum should be higher again by quite a bit

The quickest way to get it sorted would be to call sky

Contact sky on 150 from your sky landline or

Follow the link and choose need more help

https://www.sky.com/help/home/

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

Hi @Carlad19 I have escalated your tgread to the Sky team who support the forum who should invite you onto a private chat through the forum where a chat icon will appear. They should be able to help.

I'm sorry but this is just unacceptable now can't even watch my sky stream properly because of it there's got to be something that can be done?

20 - 30Mbs arriving at the Hub and then using WiFi is always likely to cause an issue with Stream.

The point of the conversation with Sky is so that they can book Openreach to investigate why your connection is below the minimum 40Mbs

However, it's worth noting that it appears Openreach is increasingly unwilling to expend much in the way of resources to chase down issues with copper-based services.

You've already been told that yes there is something that can be done, you have a line fault and other forum members have already told you that you need to call or chat to Sky to report the fault.

@Carlad19

I have read the forum properly thank you very much.

The Sky advisor invited you to chat on Sunday & then yesterday you posted back on the public thread saying it was unacceptable because you can't watch Sky stream properly. So what was the result of your private conversation with Sky? What did they say was the problem? How do you expect people to help if you just rant and don't give any actual useful information.
