My broadband isn’t working and my phone line is dead.

My broadband and phone line are both dead. The broadband comes to life for short periods but is mostly not connecting. The problem started during the stormy weather yesterday so that may be connected. I have tried several filters in the wall socket to rule that out as the issue.

@alicejanebarry you need to report the issue to Sky so I have escalated tour post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

 

You are probably right yesterday's storm seems have caused a lot of issues.
