My Internet keeps going down at least 5 to 6 times a day and I am fed up

I'm having the same issue, really low download speed 12mb on speedtest (sky ultrafast plus). It's becoming almost impossible to work from home with it dropping out and running slow all the time and having to restart. Broadband check says everything is OK 🤷.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Ran the service check and everything says its ok but still getting slow speeds.

My WiFi has dropped consistently through the day. Checking via the app says everything is fine but there are either no lights on the router or devices not connecting

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mikemurg For the short uptime you have on the router stats it shows no drops at all. Is it only happening on one device or all of them connected to the Wi-Fi?

@Highlinder It happens on all of them connected to the wifi, my main concern is with the slow speed i am getting with Ultrafast Plus.
