Internet not working

Hey all, 

our internet is not working on any of our devices. Completed the service check and broadband/wifi checks on sky page but all saying everything is fine! 

all the lights are on and fine on our router, so no idea what is going on. xbox, phones and tablets......nothing has internet! 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ 

could it be the router playing up? Also it's raining here and it seems to do this every time it rains!

@Yasmindores Have you switched off the router power to reset, and is this a fttp connection to sky broadband, and if so looked at the status led's on the ONT modem connection.
