average speed for me is between 30 to 50 right now I'm about 40mbs 60mbs to 70mbs is rare another reason i'm thinking of changing providers since it's just me using the internet and my signal is high bars so no reason not to get my best speed so i'm at my minimum limit or below it but very rarely reach the top speeds of my package

i booked an engineer and got up this morning to find my internet at almost zero speed 1Mbs hope they fix it quick cos
I'm about ready to quit sky at this point i have no trust left with them at all now if it was a one-off i could accept it but these problems happen all year round this is like the 3rd time this has been going on this year alone and plenty of problems the few years before as well it just i was thinking of getting fiber fttp ultra fast when it comes available but now i'm not sure i trust them enough to get a new contract signed and be locked in for 18 mounts

so I have been having constant disconnections for the last 3 weeks with the internet going off almost once a minute now I had an engineer take a look last Monday he spent an hour tinkering and said it was fixed now a week later the problem is even worse now
I have a new engineer coming out on Tuesday to take a new look and I was wondering if is there any chance my router might be the problem rather than the line as the problem is very regular and i also have some noise distortions on my landline don't know if that related to it here is my router stats can someone take a look, please

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@bryan2186If you have noise on the line then that is showing with the higher noise margins. If the broadband test does not show any faults then you will need to contact Sky and arrange another engineer to come out.
But point out to Sky that you have noise on the phone line.

From reading earlier post it would appear that I need a new hub ( which is what the automated lady said!)

Our internet keeps dropping out - Sky TV impacted with internet dropping out and broadband as well while on our laptops. This is happening increasingly in last week but Sky broadband says wi-fi perfectly healthy. It isn't
