Internet dropped from around 7pm

Internet dropped around 7pm. Solid green power and WiFi lights but flashing yellow Internet light. But I go onto the sky app and find broadband test which tells me everything's working and I'm connected. Can you report Internet drop out without ringing sky?

I still have my Internet dripping in and out since yesterday. I'm in the birmingham area. B69. Anyone else got the same issues?
