No internet coming through to sky hum. Power and wireless lights are green. No light for internet

Did you try the service checker in your my sky app using 4g/5g mobile data. It will circumvent the fact that your broadband is down. If it finds a fault it will hopefully allow you to book an engineer

same as mine since this morning, and the landline has no service either, can't dial out.
