I have an amazon firestick that constantly loses connection with the Internet

My fire stick constantly loses connection with the Internet. The one in the bedroom is worst than the lounge but it is further away from the hub but it's not that far. Wondering why I'm always losing connection.

Hi @Jnr you are on a Ultrafast+ full fibre conection which should be amply fast enough for streaming video. Firesticks are very small and can often be hidden behind a wall mounted TV which is just about the worst place you can put a wifi device. Amazon supply a short HDMI extender cable which can help but in essence get the firestick out in the open and it should work. 

The standard Sky hub is not too bad for WiFi but in many homes you need better wifi kit  to stream video smoothly as any interference will cause jitter which can cause video streams to buffer.

If you are using the ER115 router it's garbage and has known wifi issues which seems to stem from its 2.4/5g synchronisity. I can litereally be sitting nest to the router and the wifi drops out. The more devices you have connected to it the more it will drop out.
