How do I find out if I am receiving broadband boost?

I pay £6 a month for broadband boost but how do I know that I am actually getting it? 
wifi inside our small bungalow is still total rubbish.

With broadband boost you get daily line monitoring and a few other benefits

However you still need to call sky for the booster/mesh boxes

Have got no boosters and was never given any from sky, was told that it would all be done from their end.

'Broadband Boost' is the rather unfortunate marketing name Sky chose to use: it does not, in fact, boost broadband at all.

You should have been supplied with a Sky Broadband Hub: to receive wireless booster hardware you'd need to claim under the terms of the WiFi Guarantee
