How do I check what is connected o my sky box ?

Says I have 5 connected but turned most appliances off , doesn't tell me what's being picked up . ?

Login to your router and go the the Maintenance and Attached devices sections;

The link to that section is here;

http://192.168.0.1/sky_attached_devices.html

Some devices will not have that accurate descriptions, but you can work out the device, by its ip address or MAC address that is listed.

OK how do I log into my router ? Not sure what password  is , is it my sky log in details.

Depending on which router you have;

Router login details are;

Username: admin

Password: sky OR your default WiFi password printed on the label  on the router
