I had same problem yesterday, was going to ring sky talk this morning to sort it, but it was working again when I got up this morning. Noticed that it didn't affect my internet though, so a very strange one that!

@Laura251 ah ok, I've been with sky for 20 odd years, not really had any problems with them, usually been good when contacted them by phone, they've sorted it fast when been made aware of the problems.
only problem I'm having at the moment is, fibre is available in my area now, & I'm unable to upgrade as message says I currently don't have broadband in my area, but clearly I do as I'm on super fast at the moment!
