I've moved to my house for 2 years and would like to switch my Broadband to Sky, but the site doesn't allow me to do so and said my address is being linked with another email, I've called the number on the popup and it's saying they don't have any account with my phone number so I couldn't be connected to anyone, can't seems to find any other number to call? Does anyone have any number for new customer sign up issue please? Thanks.

Have you recently moved in? Is it possible the previous occupants had Sky broadband have yet to cancel?
