Cancelled order

I ordered sky broadband a few days ago ready to be up and running on the 1st December. I had a email today to say my order had been cancled and I'm to hand the hub when it arrives. Has anyone else had this? Why would that happen

The only way to find out why this has happened is by calling Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
