Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Parlykira You would have to speak to Sky as it looks like you are still within the cooling off period and had not left would be better to call Sky and get calarification from them on if you have incurred any fees.

If Sky had not yet terminated your broadband connection then they would have been able to cancel the cancellation and re-open your account. You should therefore not be subject to any early cancellation fees.
