Can’t connect to router

My broadband is not connecting and it's saying that I am unable to join the network. 

running tests say everything is ok. 

I've reset my router several times now and had to work somewhere else for the last 2 days after an original outage message yesterday. But today no reports of issues but still unable to "get online" 

 

what do you suggest I do now ?
