I am supposed to have an engineer visit tomorrow but I haven't received any confirmation of this

I called Sky - the agent had forgotten to book the appointment

@NicolaH  So you have had no texts that this is happening or emails? What does it say in track orders in my account about the engineer visit tomorrow.

No service in Southampton since a few hours ago. Restarted, tried everything but doesn't work. It's disappointing not having any reply from Sky. Maintenance in the app
