My broadband is testing fine through the app and over the phone with sky advisors but usage at home is poor. Sky Q box constantly looses signal, WiFi signal around home is poor. I have bought a booster from sky but this has made no difference.
Trying to be patient here but struggling. 🤔

E.g. Switch WiFi channels, position your router more centrally & higher up etc.

Thanks for the response. The router is in the hallway central to the house. I have been online with a technical expert from sky and switched channels to no avail. Am I correct in saying that the router will select the least busy channel if switched off and back on again? Engineering 101🤔
