Broadband drops intermittently when it rains.

When it rains my Broadband intemittently drops out. The chat Bot struggled with the work intermittent.

Given that I'm in the house and not wet, that suggests an ingress issue outside.


Any thoughts?

@Martyn64If it is an intermittent problem try running the broadband test when the issue happens and see if it does pick up that external fault. Information provided below.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
