Broadband cuts in and out

For the past 24 hours our internet has been dropping for 10/20 minutes at a time and then coming back for a couple minutes then dropping again. Paying extra for full fibre and all I get is phone calls that don't get me left on hold for 40 minutes or just hung up on

Hi @Trae_Smith

Can see that your line is dropping as the WAN uptime is low although your line stats dont suggest a major fault. I notice your not actually on full fibre, you are on G.Fast which still uses a copper connection for the last part of the connection from the cabinet.

G.Fast can be particularly sensitive to line conditions since its basically pushing an outdated technology to its limits speed wise. Often electrical interference from nearby appliances or powerline adapters can cause line drops, do you have anything like that which might be interfering?
