I have manage to speak to sky

There is an openreach outage in the whole area, think it might be across Lancashire. 

Sky have no further information only what openreach relay to them

I am in Bispham no connection here either. Mine was fine yesterday, but this morning nothing.

Sky tweeted that Lancashire issue is resolved but mine and family members in the area isn't working. In bispham

@Alison51  Working from home isn't going to priorities any repairs, no one on the forum can gie you updates, if your service is still down you need to call Sky.

Sorry for not replying sooner mines still down also having problems with my phone data my ont on the wall has a red light on it stating a fault I've tried with the checker and that's just telling me what we already know @Rosie
