Awaiting telephone pole fitting - need to contact Sky

Openreach came last week to our new home but didn't have the right equipment to fit the poles needed so we can get broadband. Order placed with Sky a few weeks ago.

I haven't heard from anyone since, and Openreach say they have updated Sky as to when an engineer will come and what is going on.

I work from home and this is very inconvenient, having no idea when I will be able to start working again without going to Wi-Fi spots outside of home.
Does anyone know how I can contact Sky and hopefully find out what's going on?

Thank you

I'd caution that Openreach pole teams appear to operate semi-independently of Openreach itself, and so it's quite possible that Sky will have zero information on the subject.
