Authentication error

My mobile won't connect to router. It says authentication error and password incorrect even though I have put in password listed on back of router numerous times

@PatC2tell the phone to forget the Sky connection then reboot your phone to clear the memory. Then try again once rebooted but be careful to check you are entering the passcode exactly as it is on the label as irs easy to misread a I for a 1 or similar.

Thank you. I rebooted phone and told it to forget network and it says password incorrect
