I have called sky there to discuss my contract which ends on start of July. Unfortunately the girl could not give me any offers on sky Q or sky stream and told me to call back another time.
I have quite a few offers on my current contract tbh I don't even know where they came from. But I am interested in either keeping sky q or move to sky stream. Was this good customer service???
I have been given a good offer from BT and I have yet to phone virgin media but I will do soon

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI believe you were given the correct advice. You're not near enough to the end of your contract for Sky to be able to make an offer to you on a new contract. Better to call them during the last month of your current contract.
