What offers are available to me ??

I have called sky there to discuss my contract which ends on start of July. Unfortunately the girl could not give me any offers on sky Q or sky stream and told me to call back another time. 

I have quite a few offers on my current contract tbh I don't even know where they came from.  But I am interested in either keeping sky q or move to sky stream. Was this good customer service???

I have been given a good offer from BT and I have yet to phone virgin media but I will do soon

I believe you were given the correct advice. You're not near enough to the end of your contract for Sky to be able to make an offer to you on a new contract. Better to call them during the last month of your current contract.
